Manzar Bashir was invited to speak to students of the Agha Khan Foundation student as part of their residential program.
We discussed in detail the role of career assessments. MBTI in Pakistan came under discussion but our focus was on another spectacular tool; the 6 Holland codes which are the foundation of many tools like Strong Interest Inventory and Career Interest Inventory. Manzar also shed light on how a career matching a person’s personality can have a meaningful impact on their lives. It was a very well received & highly interactive session.
