I was invited as a key note speaker at the Corporate Learning and Development Summit in Lahore Pakistan. I talked about the rising role of personality tests & assessment interventions in businesses and also took some interesting questions related to aptitude and job tests in Pakistan. The questions covered the use of personality tests including the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Emotional Intelligence, Hogan, Saville, Big Five personality test and other assessments and how they can help businesses. We also discussed the growing role of assessment centers in Pakistan.
