I was invited on a live show Din News Channel Lahore, Pakistan to talk about MBTI also known as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a Career Assessment and exploration tool.
I tried to raise awareness about psychometric assessments and tests for professionals and students in making informed career decisions. I also clarified some very basic misconceptions about MBTI and other personality tests in Pakistan. more than 95% of top American colleges on the US News and World Report use the MBTI tool. People in Pakistan have low awareness about utility of such personality tests and their efficacy in career and work settings.
