Potential Mapping was founded by 2 ambitions CIPD & London graduates Manzar Bashir and Imad Yasir with a goal of providing solutions to help the HR acquire, retain and develop best employees using psychology-based practices. Over the years the company expanded its presence with projects in Middle East, Europe and across Asia. Across the decade we have helped hundreds of clients through our powerful and reliable assessments by making powerful interventions in hiring as well as development. Manzar Bashir

Manzar always had a deep fascination with human nature and the personalities that we often portray. In his early work as a business psychologist, he successfully connected the dots through the use of psychometric assessments, behavioral interviews, and career coaching/development, he can effectively pinpoint people’s personality traits and skills to help lead them (and their employers) in the right direction of their professional desires. His work in this ever-evolving, evergreen field has continued for over 15 years, and his in-depth psychological knowledge and experience have helped hundreds of companies (and people) utilize their employees in a way that is mutually beneficial and symbiotic to their personalities and mental abilities. Manzar is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), a Certified Business Psychologist from the Association for Business Psychology UK and a specialist in test use from the British Psychological Society UK. He has successfully worked with many high-profile clients such as the U.S. Embassy, Emirates Group, the State Bank of Pakistan, and Civil Services of Pakistan to help determine which candidates and employees are primed for promotions and which needed further development. He has led teams that vetted over 15,000 candidates to correctly identify the most suitable fresh executives required with the appropriate personalities that go with each person. He works with C level executives in multinational corporations to provide credible, tailored assessments to my clients that drastically improve hiring & development decisions. In turn, the companies save thousands of dollars of overhead from employers interviewing candidates and not getting any insight into who they are and what their work habits would be like if hired. Imad Yasir Nawaz

Imad Nawaz is an expert in Continuing professional development and works as Associate Dean and programme leader for MSc Business with course offered with seven specialist pathways includes International Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management and Entrepreneurship. He is an experienced educationist and management professional who has taught students from diverse social and cultural backgrounds both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Imad has worked in various academic, commercial and non-profit organizations in the UK and abroad. He is Human Resource Management Practitioner and holds qualifications in the same area. Imad is also Graduate Member and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and associated with many other professional associations and networks in the UK and abroad. He also delivered various corporate trainings and undertook consultancies in the area of business, management and education in the UK and Middle Eastern region particularly Qatar and United Arab Emirates. His interactive teaching style and being expert in psychometric assessments assist him understanding students learning styles and adopt an approach which is comprehensible and relatable by all the students. Imad is also a reviewer for research papers and Journals. Being a practitioner and research active helps Imad to incorporate research and organisational practices in his teachings which not only helps students to stay informed but makes their learning an exciting experience.
