Back at Lahore University of Management Sciences – lums for another project with 100+ students for their personality assessments and coaching. Here are some highlights from the first phase which covered the assessments. I will share some pictures from the second phase of the group coaching as well as third phase which covered the one to one feedback sessions.
We developed bespoke development logs and customized forms for the LUMS students to help them identify and shortlist 2-3 key development areas from within the 13 personality traits of their individual reports to kickstart their development journey.
