Top managers are often ill advised by stop-gap consultants to push through changes rapidly in large organizations. Change in big organizations is never easy and always takes time. It should be planned, sustainable and subtle. I am working with Pakistan’s largest private educational network Beaconhouse to bring about such a change. In the first phase we have completed personality tests and competency assessments at Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Multan. These are some of the pictures from our Multan session.
I have travelled across the country with their HR team and employees have asked many questions about the process. I am happy to say that I have not seen many organizations as open towards change as Beaconhouse. We have tried to have very candid and open discussion about the whole process with the employees.
These assessments will help the employees understand their strengths and work on any key development goals matching their current and/or future job roles.
