Manzar Bashir, Director Psychological Assessments was invited as a guest speaker to address the students at the Department of Psychology GC University Lahore , Pakistan to discuss tools including Big Five and MBTI in Pakistan.
Being one of the very few psychologists qualified in both the MBTI and many BIGFIVE assessments in Pakistan and South Asia, he discussed at length the impact of psychological assessments and how they can help select and develop the best of talents and propel businesses to grow especially the SMEs.
