Bringing innovation to learning and training at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Our linguistics expert ran a Spoken English Language Advance Course for the staff of LUMS Library and Registrar office including Dr Nadeem.
We incorporated TRAIT Development assessment (mapped on Bog Five – The OCEAN Theory of Personality) in to the course which helped the delegates to understand their key strengths and development areas. The experiment was very successful and now we are running 80% of our courses based on scientific Needs Assessment.
